Everyone needs a place to set things down.

Your experiences have shaped your story, but they don’t have to define what comes next.

Online EMDR, IFS-informed therapy, and nervous system approaches for adults throughout Texas who are ready to understand their story, reconnect with themselves, and create a new way forward.

Quality mental health care is an investment, not only financially, but also an investment of your time, energy, and commitment to yourself. I intentionally maintain a smaller caseload so I can provide thoughtful, individualized care and truly understand the unique experiences, goals, and patterns each client brings into therapy.

My goal is not for therapy to become something you need forever. While some seasons of life may require longer-term support, I believe effective therapy helps you develop greater clarity, confidence, and trust in yourself outside of our sessions. Growth often happens when you have space to live your life, practice new patterns, and notice what comes up along the way.

For many clients, taking intentional breaks from therapy can be a valuable part of the process, creating opportunities to integrate the work we have done and return when new areas of growth or support are needed.

A Different Kind of Therapy Experience

My approach goes beyond simply managing symptoms. Together, we explore the experiences, beliefs, and protective patterns that have shaped how you respond to yourself and the world around you.

EMDR

Helping the brain process experiences that continue to feel unresolved.

While these represent some of the communities I frequently support, my work extends far beyond these groups. I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people from many different backgrounds including S@HM, educators, leaders, attorneys, scientists, business owners, financial professionals, engineers, coaches, creatives, and professionals navigating all seasons of life.

What matters most is not your title or role, but your story, your experiences, and the support you’re seeking.
